Please learn the following terms and conditions before you make an order with us.

ORDER

1. 2.	Browse our collection base on category; If you are interesting with our collection please click on the sub gallery such abstract, batik painting or any painting do you want collect from our gallery and make mark to remember your choice and than e-mail us regarding of size , , material, quantity of art, price, and the other you need. If stock is ready your order will prosess immedietly after you agree with terms and conditions your order. For easy and save the payment, we suggest transfer money by bank. I will send to you the detail my account. The first, you can pay down payment, and then upter your order finish you must pay the rest.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
1.	All shipments are free of shipping cost
2.	Allow 3 - 7 days for delivery with Fed Ex International Priority Service. Once shipped, your parcel can be traced through www.fedex.com using the tracking number we will e-mail to you.
3.	All your paintings will be shipped from Bali, Indonesia.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with our products and wish to make a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service at iwayanrena@gmail.com to reject your order within 2 days of the time you received your order. Your payment will also be refunded in full amount to you as soon as our product(s) is returned via a traceable courier (USPS express mail, or registered mail).

Cost of delivering the returned items will be the responsibility of the customer.

Sorry, we cannot provide a refund for paintings damaged by wrongful usage, improper handling.
